1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain a bajiee account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended bajiee account.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a bajiee employee.

2 Registration Process

When creating a bajiee account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and preferred payment method. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of discovery.

3 Account Verification

bajiee reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Verification may be required before processing a withdrawal, activating a bonus, or as part of routine Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account restriction.

4 Accepted Payment Methods

bajiee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bajiee does not accept deposits originating from third-party accounts — the payment source must match the account holder's registered identity.

5 Deposit Policy

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically credited to your bajiee wallet within 60 seconds of confirmation. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. bajiee reserves the right to reverse a deposit if it is identified as originating from a fraudulent or unauthorised source. Deposits are non-refundable once wagered.

6 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. Standard withdrawal processing time is within 30 minutes during normal Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business hours. bajiee reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification or fraud review. The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal is approved:

• Account identity verification has been completed successfully.
• All applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met in full.
• No active fraud investigation or chargeback dispute is pending on the account.
• The withdrawal amount meets the platform's minimum withdrawal threshold.
• The withdrawal destination matches a verified payment method registered to the account.

7 Transaction Fees

bajiee does not charge internal transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own service charges, which are outside bajiee's control. Players are advised to check with their payment provider regarding applicable fees before initiating a transaction.

8 Bonus Eligibility

Promotional offers and bonuses available on the bajiee platform are subject to specific eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. The full terms of each individual offer are published at the time the offer is communicated to eligible players. General bonus rules include the following:

10 Seasonal Promotions

bajiee periodically offers seasonal promotions tied to events in the Bangladeshi calendar, including BPL season specials, Eid reload bonuses, Pohela Boishakh free spins, and T20 World Cup enhanced odds. All seasonal promotions are subject to the standard bonus terms outlined in this section unless specific overriding terms are published with the relevant promotion.

11 Game Integrity

All casino games available on bajiee — including live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and bingo rooms — operate using certified random number generators (RNG) supplied by internationally recognised third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is set by the provider and is not modifiable by bajiee. Outcomes are independent, fair, and not influenced by player history or account status.

12 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on bajiee — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and hockey — are governed by the individual market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. In the event of a market-specific dispute, the rules as displayed on the bajiee platform at the time of bet acceptance shall take precedence. bajiee reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that have been opened in error or where the integrity of the underlying event is in question.

13 Prohibited Betting Conduct

The following betting behaviours are strictly prohibited on bajiee and may result in voiding of bets, suspension of account, and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or algorithmic wagering tools.
• Arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing mistakes for systematic gain.
• Placing bets on events where the outcome is known prior to market settlement.

14 bajiee's Right to Suspend

bajiee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Evidence that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Initiation of a chargeback dispute with a payment provider.
• Requirement under applicable law or regulatory instruction.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, funds on deposit will be held in escrow until the investigation is resolved. Where a breach is confirmed, bajiee reserves the right to forfeit any balance attributable to the breach.

15 Player-Initiated Account Closure

Players who wish to close their bajiee account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Requests for permanent self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme will be processed within one business day. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method.

Despite our security measures, no online platform can guarantee absolute protection from all cyber threats. Players are advised to use strong, unique passwords for their bajiee accounts and to never share login credentials with any third party.

18 Platform Availability

bajiee makes no warranty that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted or error-free basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network outages, third-party provider disruptions, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. bajiee shall not be liable for any loss — including loss of expected winnings — resulting from platform downtime or technical failure beyond our reasonable control.

19 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, bajiee's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bajiee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or loss of data, howsoever arising.

20 Right to Amend

bajiee reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material amendment is made, bajiee will provide reasonable notice by publishing an updated version of this document on the bajiee.pro website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform following publication of amended terms constitutes acceptance of those terms. It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

21 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bajiee with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
